Teladoc Secures $18.6 Million in Funding led by Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers



DALLAS, TX - Waveland NCP Texas Ventures is pleased to announce that its portfolio company, Teladoc, has secured another round of funding led by Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers.  Teladoc, a Dallas-based provider of 24/7 tele-health consultations, is the first and largest tele-health provider in the nation.    

 

Waveland NCP Texas Ventures first invested in Teladoc in 2006, providing the company its initial seed capital.
