Waveland Community Development Allocates $20 million New Market Tax Credits to Historic St. Louis Redevelopment (December 2009)



Waveland Community Development is pleased to announce that it has allocated $20 million New Market Tax Credits as part of the redevelopment financing of a historic 110,000 square foot warehouse in St. Louis, Missouri. In addition to utilizing Federal New Market Tax Credits, this financing also incorporated the use of State of Missouri New Market Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits, and Brownfield's funding. When completed, the building will include ground floor retail, including two restaurants, office, and rental loft apartments, creating 117 full time jobs.
